宗旨：对古文字书法、篆刻创作实践进行学术指导和理论研究，配合书法、篆刻教学、创作和科研，进行文字学、训沽学等方面的指导，培养古文字书法的青年学子和研究人才，弘扬中华优秀传统文化，增进国内外学术界的文化交流与合作。
