宗旨：本研究所将实现引进、研发、全面掌握双3D音视频技术，特别是3D音频技术；加强与国内外双3D技术相关的企业及专家的联系，积极创造一个互动、交流、合作的平台，切实推进双3D技术在国内的运用和发展的目标。本研究所旨在实现双3D技术的成熟运用与推广，并带动一场声音的革命，这将对中国文化事业及文化产业带来巨大的变革与经济效益。

　　Objectives:The institute will import, develop and fully grasp 3D audio and video technologies (the dual 3D technologies), especially 3D audio technology;strengthen relationships between the related enterprises and experts at home and abroad,to create a platform for interaction,communication and cooperation,and promote the application and development of the dual 3D technologies in the country.The mission of the institute is to realise the widespread application and promotion of the dual 3D technologies,and attempt to lead the new sound revolution,which will bring great changes and huge economic benefits to cultural undertakings and cultural industries in China.
